The Scoop🕵️‍♂️: They did it! After much horse-play about including alt-coins (aka shit-coins) in the Bitcoin Strategic Reserve, the U.S. admin went ahead and created a Bitcoin-only reserve. The reserve is made up coins seized from the proceeds of crime, and will not cost the tax payer anything. It includes 200k bitties.
