Volunteer at the Bitcoin Conference Las Vegas 2026
ICMYI the team at the Bitcoin Conference in Las Vegas just sent out a comms inviting people to register to volunteer at the event.
Volunteering is a great experience, particularly for Bitcoin newbies as you get to meet all sorts of interesting people and see the event from behind the scenes. A highlight for me in 2023 in Miami was hearing the speech by RFJ Jr. It felt historic.

Hi everyone!
The energy is building, the network is growing, and it’s officially time to get the team back together. We are thrilled to invite you back as an Orange Pill Ambassador (An appreciated Volunteer!)for Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas!
From April 25th – 29th (25th & 26th are the 2 set-up days), Bitcoiners are taking over Vegas, and we want you right at the heart of the action. As a veteran Volunteer / OPA member in 23, 24 and / or 25, you know that the volunteers are the backbone of this conference and this year, we’ve leveled up the perks to match your impact.
🎁 The OPA Perks (The Best Yet!)
We want our Ambassadors to feel like the VIPs you are. This year’s incentives include:
Full Access: Enjoy Pro Pass-level access to the conference when you aren’t on shift as a volunteer (includes Pro Pass Day - April 27th)
Reserved Seating: A dedicated OPA seating area at the Nakamoto Stage for keynotes.
Celebrity Meet & Greets: Exclusive access to top Bitcoin personalities and influencers in the OPA Hub during the week.
The Gear: Limited-edition OPA T-shirt (2 T-shirts if you sign up for 4+ shifts) and selected exclusive Bitcoin swag.
After Party Passes: Available for those OPA members that step up and take on at least ONE extra shift (4+) during the week.
The Volunteer “Hub”: Daily coffee and snacks to keep you fueled and a dedicated area for all volunteers to hang out between shifts.

Early Shift Selection: Veteran OPA’s get their first pick of volunteer roles and shift times. (Must be signed up by February 15th, 2026 to get early access to shift selection)
Behind the Scenes Perspective: Meet new people (volunteers and staff members) and learn about how a major conference is organized and run from “behind the scenes”.
📋 The Commitment & Expectations
To unlock these incentives / perks, we are asking for a total of 12–15 hours of commitment (3 volunteer shifts minimum total) across the 5-day event:
The Window: April 25th – 29th (including two crucial setup days on the 25th & 26th). Exact shift times and roles will be determined by late Feb or early March.
The Mix: At least one of your three (3) shifts must be on one of the General Admission days (April 28th or 29th).
The Roles: Whether you love the hype of the Greeting team, the technical side of Media / Stage handling, or the pace of the Bitcoin Store, there is a volunteer spot for everyone at Bitcoin 2026!
The Expectation: All volunteers will show up on time and complete all of their shifts in full. Those that are “no shows” or that do not meet these minimum requirements will not be permitted to be part of the OPA Program going forward.
⏳ DON’T WAIT: The “LEAD” Opportunity
We are looking for seasoned Ambassadors to step into one of our 10 Volunteer LEAD positions this year.
Important: Information regarding Lead roles and responsibilities will be sent out via email by January 15th, but it will be sent ONLY to those who have already registered using the link below. If you want to level up your involvement and lead a team in Vegas, you need to be in the system now. Plus there are even more incentives and perks in becoming a LEAD Volunteer in 2026!
